**Responsibilities**:

- ** Food Preparation**: Assist with basic food prep tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, ensuring all ingredients are ready for the chefs.
- ** Cleaning & Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Ensure all areas meet our stringent hygiene standards.
- ** Stock Management**: Help unpack and store deliveries, ensuring ingredients are properly labelled and stored according to safety regulations.
- ** Efficiency**: Support the kitchen team by swiftly and efficiently handling tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen during service hours.
- ** Waste Management**: Properly dispose of waste, recycle where possible, and manage compostable materials.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to support a harmonious and productive kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
