- Key Accountability_
- Ensure the safety of themselves and others at all times
- Adhere to Studco policies and procedures
- Be accountable, collaborate and engage with all departments
- Working in a positive manner at all times
- Loading and Unloading of all types of trucks and containers
- Order picking and packing (manual and forklift equipment)
- Accuracy of order picking and fulfillment
- Checking and ensuring loads and packed orders are safe and secure
- Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
- General house keeping
- Key Performance Indicators_
- Zero Loss Time Injuries
- Contribute to a Delivery In Full and On Time of greater than 97%
- 100% Picking and Packing Accuracy
- Key Selection Criteria_
- Experience working within a fast-paced, warehouse environment
- High accuracy to attention to detail
- Able to work well under fast moving and high pressure environment
- Constructive verbal and written communication skills
- Keen sense of safety
- Current Fork lift license essential
