**Role Overview**

Scotford Fennessy has partnered with a resource client who is seeking an experienced Leading Hand with InFlight experience to assist their team on a 2:1 roster.

**Duties**
- Provide efficient and effective services and be committed to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development
- Ensure all staff adhere to all policies and procedures
- Provide 24-hour support to village residents when acting as the Village Supervisor
- Daily management of housekeepers, ensuring regular monitoring of rooms and common areas
- Participate in large cleaning projects as required
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products
- Behave in ways that resent a positive and professional image of the organisation when dealing with residents

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working in a FIFO environment (ideally 3 years +) with advanced communication skills to work with a cross-shift (essential)
- Demonstrated background in a supervisory role or similar with the capability to multitask and work effectively under pressure (essential)
- High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel), SharePoint, Pronto, In-Flight and SAP (or similar systems)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced FIFO remote environment
- Demonstrated track record in building strong relationships, supporting various teams and showing initiative

**Requirements**:

- Australian driver’s license (manual)
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a PEM | DAS
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
