We are seeking an equally passionate Assistant Director to join our collaborative team and inspire excellence in early childhood education.

As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role within the leadership team, working closely with the Campus Director & Educational Leader to support the daily operations and smooth running of the service. You will assist in supporting team development, compliance, and overall quality of education and care provided for our children and families.

**More About You**

We're looking for a confident and collaborative Early Childhood Leader who has:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of the NQF and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
- A proactive, supportive, and team-focused leadership style
- Ability to work full-time
