Are you looking for part time or casual work in a child care centre? We are looking for people that are interested in working in our beautiful learning environments to either assist in the running of our rooms or Lead our rooms. This position would suit semi-retired people that are wanting to keep active and enjoy children and being part of a team. We have centres across the south-east Qld region, so opportunities are:

- Caboolture area
- Springwood area
- Ipswich area

Our Centre is part of Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS), who is a Privately owned and operated company which provides early childhood education to children in South East Queensland. Established in 1991. QCCS is committed to the implementation of the National Early Years Learning Framework and operates an Emergent Curriculum. Our first and foremost important goal is to inspire delight, curiosity, and inquiry in the classroom. These are the greatest gifts our educators can give a child.

**Position requirements**

The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care and great communication skills. Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria;
- Hold/studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood minimum or be willing to undertake study - we will cover these costs for you in full
- Hold a current blue card
- Hold a current first aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis training or be willing to obtain - once again, we will provide this for you
- Be motivated & enthusiastic
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
