Future Proof Dog Training Academy is seeking a **Daycare Duty Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and manage group dynamics in our structured, enrichment-based daycare.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of canine behaviour, and a passion for positive, fear-free training methods.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor daycare staff in dog behaviour, play interactions, and training practices.
- Conduct behaviour assessments and oversee dog integration into social groups.
- Manage daily intake and returns, including client communications regarding behaviour and health.
- Ensure a safe, structured, and hygienic environment in line with veterinary standards.
- Capture and share media content for internal updates and social platforms.
- Assist with rostering, OHS compliance, and supervision of work experience staff.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Animal Studies or a relevant qualification (or currently working towards).
- Strong knowledge of canine behaviour and fear-free training methods.
- Proven experience managing dogs in group settings, with a focus on structured play.
- Previous experience in leadership or supervising teams.
- Physically capable of handling multiple dogs in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s licence.
