**United Tools Burleigh is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to lead our operations.**
**No Nights and No Weekends (Monday - Friday Only)**

**About the Role**:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing stock and inventory, and leading a small team. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while delivering outstanding service to our loyal customers.
- Experience in sales of power tools, hardware, or trade-related environment essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a small team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and adheres to merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Monitor and manage stock levels, orders, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a tools, hardware, or trade-related environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and delivering positive experiences.
- Sales-driven with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
