Our client is a tier 1 mining organisation with a passion for driving operational excellence and governance across their digital product portfolio.

**Your new role**
As a Cost Controller/Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and governance to support the growth and development and design of digital projects. Key responsibilities may include:

- Supporting with PRIME budget and forecast routines, and 5YP and LoA activities
- Monitoring factory expenses to increase forecast accuracy and manage end of month cost reporting processes
- Reconciliation of operating and capital cost actuals against workforce plan and budgets
- Supporting product teams with their Planview management ensuring quality through the capital toll gating process
- Managing labour data including department codes and cost centre assignment, as well as timesheet and workforce incident management
- Leading improvement projects to increase effective capacity, demand and capital management

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP, PRIME and Planview
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to analyse data and process issues to solve problems
- High level of attention to detail
