**About you**:
We are on the look-out for a keen and enthusiastic Front of House standout to join our team at our Chippendale Cafe. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences, then this is the role for you

This role involves delivering a high level of service and quality, greeting customers, operating the till system, and Front of House support all whilst working alongside a great team to provide an excellent customer experience.

**Day to day in this role you will**:

- Work alongside our FOH, Kitchen and Barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee and food that leaves our hands is at the same high quality standard.
- Taking orders and operating the till system
- Provide an excellent coffee experience to our Toby’s customers.

This is a casual role, estimated to be working 4 days 20-30 hours.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a genuine love for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience.
- Is enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure in a team environment
- Communicates effectively with fellow staff and customers and maintain focus and work at pace.
- The ability to build strong relationships with both coworkers and our customers.
