**Longshore is seeking our front of house superstars Late May start. (Full time, part time and casual)**

**About Us**:Longshore is a new coastal inspired restaurant run by the previous beloved Hartsyard team Jarrod Walsh & Dorothy Lee. Nestled in the heart of Chippendale at The Old Clare Hotel, it is the first seafood-focused restaurant and wine bar in the area. **Due to construction of the restaurant, the start date will be flexible**

**About You**:We are looking for someone with a friendly personality that fits into a team environment Previous restaurant experience + basic cocktail knowledge will be required, experience in an upscale restaurant will be highly regarded LBGTQIA+ welcome. To be considered for the role, a few key items were looking for are:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for each guest and creating a connection with people from all walks of life.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the revolving world of hospitality.
- Ability to across multiple front of house roles (including bartending, hosting, and serving)
- Previous experience as a section waiter.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

**About the Role**:As our front of house team, we want our focus to be creating memorable experiences for our guests Our team will be trained on everything FOH - starting at hosting to being able to create our cocktail list.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $21.97 - $29.40 per hour
