We have new role within our People and Culture Team as our Team Assistant.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be working within the P&C Team and helping them with their day to day administrative functions. Reporting to the HR Manager - Northern Region, you will be:

- Creating and updating employee personnel files
- Prepare new employee starter packs
- Create and distribute reports
- Undertake filing, archiving, photocopying
- Learn Kronos - the inhouse workforce management system
- Assist the people and culture team with administration tasks, including P&C projects as they arise
- Organise meetings and meeting rooms/training rooms

Ideally, you will be looking to kick start your career in HR and will see this as a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large corporate business. You will have previous work experience within an administrative or reception role, and will be able to demonstrate to us your ability to multi task, build relationships with customers and team members and be computer literate with a high attention to detail with data.
