**About Our Client**:
You will be working for Western Australia's leading Truck Dealer offering a full array of services to include, New and Used Truck Sales, Servicing and Parts support
- Answer incoming phone calls & greet customers at service reception counter.
- Ensure speedy resolution of customer queries.
- Responsible for answering incoming phone calls, setting service appointments, verifying appointments, providing follow-up calls and informing the appropriate department on arrival of the vehicle.
- Responsible for understanding, interpreting and communicating requirements regarding service/repair work to relevant workshop staff.
- Ensure all critical data is entered onto job cards
- Liaise with the Parts Departments in pre-ordering parts for booked vehicles.
- Ensure that all the invoices are paid in full
- Ensure all repair estimates have been agreed to by the customers.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous experience within a similar administrative position.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Highly proficient computer literacy skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to prioritise workloads with strong time management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
