**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Spearwood team. You will be responsible for acting as the principal contact between Truck Centre and our clients for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles, both face to face and over the phone. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the Service Counter and effectively communicating this with the Workshop.

**The Successful Applicant**

To be considered for this position, you will have worked in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. In addition to your experience, you will possess the following:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to complete a range of administrative tasks
- Ability to adapt to manual processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve a desirable outcome

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
