Sunled Energy is looking for an Installation Manager to join our friendly, close-knit team.

Working with our existing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day installation operations including the recruitment of trade contractors to perform the installation of LED Lighting and Heat Pumps.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Recruitment and management of trade contractors (electricians/plumbers) to complete new projects.
- Coordinating with the sales team, contractors, and clients in arranging a suitable, timely installation schedule.
- Tracking and management of available warehouse stock/inventory and arranging transportation of additional stock when required.
- Tracking and reporting on the status of all projects.
- Liaising with contractors and clients to ensure all installation proceed as planned and solve issues that may arise on the of the installation.

Requirements to be considered for this position:

- General proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal/phone communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum 2-3 years’ local experience in a similar role.

Prior experience in the solar/commercial lighting industry is a plus.

Remuneration: $80-110k negotiable depending on experience.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wetherill Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Crew management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
