**Medical Receptionist Wanted.**

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team As the first point of contact for our patients, the Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role in our medical practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for appointments
- Schedule appointments and assist with rescheduling as necessary
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or forward them to appropriate staff members
- Verify patient information and collect copays
- Maintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff members

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills and experience with medical office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.60 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campbelltown, SA 5074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (required)
