**Qualifications**:

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies across different channels.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills to coordinate and align the efforts of multiple marketing agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution of campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing clear instructions, feedback, and updates.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets efficiently and effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for the e-commerce brand.
- Industry Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the digital marketing industry to leverage new opportunities for your brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Agency Selection and Onboarding: Identify and select appropriate marketing agencies for each channel, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process to align their strategies with the e-commerce brand's goals.
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with each agency to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives. Ensure the strategies are effectively implemented, monitored, and adjusted as needed.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly monitor the performance of each marketing agency's campaigns and provide insightful reports to the management team. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the ROI.
- Coordination and Communication: Foster strong communication between the different agencies and internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned on the brand's messaging, promotions, and overall marketing efforts.
- Budget Allocation and Control: Work with the finance team to allocate budgets to each marketing channel appropriately. Ensure that agencies stay within their allocated budgets and provide justification for additional spending when needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement among the marketing agencies. Facilitate knowledge sharing, conduct regular performance reviews, and seek out new strategies and technologies to enhance the brand's marketing efforts.
