New South Homes & Granny Flat Solutions are a multi-award-winning family-owned construction company based in Sydney's North. With over 35 years’ experience, and are looking for a Social Media Consultant to help enhance our brand and showcase our team, our designs and our constructions.
The role’s responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the social media environment and keeping up with the latest trends
2. Develop a social media strategy
3. Developing implementation plans based on agreed strategy
4. Creating content for various social media platforms
5. Posting content, responding to posts and monitoring success
6. Calculating return on investment (ROI) for campaigns
7. Monthly reporting on social media performance
The applicant should possess the following:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Excellence in social media and understanding of major social media platforms
- Ability to identify opportunities to use social media tools to communicate to target audiences
- Creating and managing social media advertising campaigns and ne able to measure their success
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of Website updates - preferably WordPress knowledge
- Strong scheduling skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Positive attitude, strong customer focus with good multitasking and organisational ability
