**Warehouse Administrator - Exciting Opportunity in Footscray**

Our client's transport operation in Footscray, 3011 is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 plus Super.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in computer operations
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of materials handling and warehousing in the transport industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate data entry for efficient record-keeping
- Transmit Proof of Delivery (POD) and weighbridge information promptly
- Manage invoicing processes
- Conduct stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to meet daily service requirements and KPIs
- Assist with site audits to uphold operational standards
