Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for financial analysis? Aruma is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team

**About the Role**:
The FP&A Analyst supports Aruma's financial planning and analysis capabilities, with a specific focus on the annual budget. The FP&A Analyst will drive data analysis and driver-based financial modeling to predict future financial performance and assess the impact of various business decisions.

**A Day in the Life of a FP&A Analyst**
- Aggregate and cleanse financial and operational data from core systems.
- Build, update, and maintain financial models.
- Prepare and consolidate forecasts and budgets into the overall organisational budget.
- Prepare monthly accruals and journals to accurately reflect month result.
- Perform variance analysis to identify deficits and optimise performance.
- Utilise BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.

**What You Need to be Successful in this Role**
- Bachelor’s level business management qualification and degree level accounting qualification are mandatory.
- Outstanding MS Excel skills capable of detailed modelling, knowledge of SQL desirable.
- Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards and Power Query.
- Outstanding numeracy and analytical skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
