Brickfields is one of Sydney's top artisan bakeries. We're looking for full-time or part-time Packing & Baking Assistants to join our growing team in Marrickville.

This is an excellent entry level role for future bakers and pastry chefs. Learn and work with the best

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Assist baking & pastry team in all aspects of production
- Packing customers bread and pastry orders
- Some light cleaning duties

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Previous bakery experienced preferred but not essential
- Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy things in high places
- Basic literacy and numeracy to read packing slips and instructions
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Able to work unsupervised and to a schedule
- Able to work in a fast, efficient and organised manner

**SHIFT AVAILABILITY**:
Variety of shifts available, including:

- 4AM-12PM (URGENTLY NEEDED)
- 12:30PM-8:30PM
- 3:30PM-11:30PM

Further aspects of the role:

- No graveyard shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- **Weekend availability essential**:

- 4-5 shifts per week available

**ABOUT BRICKFIELDS**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: From $26.15 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Marrickville, NSW 2204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
