**Position Overview**: As a Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences for children. You will play a key role in creating a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Support children's learning and development through play-based activities and experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the centre's practices and programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) recognized by ACECQA.
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within an early childhood education setting (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
