**Position Overview**: As a Diploma Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the individual needs and interests of children aged 0-5 years. Working collaboratively with our passionate team, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their learning and development.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes children's wellbeing and independence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre's practices and programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) recognized by ACECQA.
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within an early childhood education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
