An exciting opportunity exists for a Full-Time Sales Manager to work in our Just Spas Central Coast store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in an awesome environment where you are assisting consumers to purchase products that enhance their lifestyle.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Retail sales focusing on Spas, Swim Spas, and associated products. This includes providing an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales and after sales process.
- Management of store inventory control
- Ensuring, quotes, leads and all processes are followed through as per company policy.

This role requires ambition, dedication, and ownership of your role within the company. To be successful in this position you will possess the following:

- Spa or Pool sales experience would be advantageous
- Strong administration / computer skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail

Salary will be based upon experience with a generous commission structure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tuggerah, NSW 2259: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
