**Medical Receptionist - Kellyville (Northwest Sydney)**

An opportunity exists to work as a medical receptionist at **Vrajlal Medical Practice** in Kellyville located at the Shopping Centre on Windsor Road, Kellyville, next to the Post Office and Pharmacy.

This position offers a flexible, friendly and supportive environment.

This is a casual position and you will be required to work a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. You will also be required to work on Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.

Surgery hours are M-F 8.30am-12.30pm,

Saturdays 8.30am to 12noon

**It is essential that you are able to relief when other receptionists are away sick or on leave.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Accurately recording patient details and messages on the computer program
- Ability to multitask
- Ensuring patient information is kept confidential at all times
- Scanning, Filing, Faxing and other Admin duties.
- Opening and closing of Practice
- **Fill in roster when other receptionist is away on holidays and sick leave.**

**Experience & Attributes**
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous medical reception experience an advantage.
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medical Director or Best Practice
- Knowledge of MS word and Excel.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently.
- Neat and professional presentation.
- Professional, compassionate and caring

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
