Join our growing team at Our Medical Radiology, Kellyville, where we provide high-quality imaging services in a welcoming and supportive environment. We're looking for a motivated and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers.

About the role

As a Radiology Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in a professional, caring manner
  • Managing bookings and patient registrations
  • Handling phone and front-desk enquiries
  • Processing billing and Medicare claims
  • Supporting radiographers, sonographers, and radiologists with administrative needs

What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous experience in a medical or radiology reception role (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A team-focused attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
  • Computer literacy and confidence with medical software systems
