**Position overview**: As a Boat Builder or a Composite Technician at Mahi Boats, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of top-of-the-line boats and watercraft. You will be responsible for working with advanced composite materials, moulds, and precision tools to assemble and craft our signature vessels. Your attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resin infusion of boats or boat components (Training available)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Perform layup and vacuum bagging of composite materials.
- Operate machinery and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in composite manufacturing or boat building is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work with precision and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
