**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Ellenbrook, WA**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**We are looking for carer that is either trained or experienced in personal care, who is available most weekday mornings and some weekends. Requires flexibility. Some shifts will be 2 hours per day, some will extend to 5 hours. If you are rostered on for a 2 hour shift we do our best to give you another shift in the area straight after so that you can get more our of the day.**

**We have approximately 15 hours per week to offer, however should your availability allow it, there is the opportunity to pick up more hours in the surrounding areas.**

**Must be happy to perform domestic assistance, personal care, transport assistance and companion care.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Experience with Dementia clients
- Manual Handling
- Medication Administration or Prompting Experience
