**Your Role**:

- Build trusting relationships with children
- Support your team in the daily running of the room
- Show initiative and also follow direction
- Be able to communicate with families and children
- Have an understanding of the Early Years Framework and demonstrate how you use it in your daily practice

**We are looking to welcome Educators who are**:

- We currently have permanent and causal roles available depending on what you're looking for
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children
- Committed and professional
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

**Key requirements**:

- An approved early learning qualification, or evidence of studying towards an early learning qualification
- A demonstrated interest in children and their development
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Working with children check
- Working rights
- Visa / Passport
