We are seeking compassionate and dedicated **Support Workers** to join the Hamilton Care platform. As a support worker with us, you will have the opportunity to:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Personalized Support**:

- Assist participants with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support based on their individual needs.
- **Facilitate Community Engagement**:

- Support participants in attending community activities, appointments, and social events.
- **Promote Independence**:

- Empower participants to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.
- **Maintain Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $47.50 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 38 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
