Ranford Helpling Hands Network is looking for an Assistant Coordinator to lead a team of educators in providing engaging services for children ages 4-12 years old. Ranford is one of our larger services, licensed for 90 children, reaching averages of about 25-30 in 'Rise then shine' and 55-60 in 'Stay and play'.
**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 09:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30 - 06:15 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free plus you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
