**About the Role**

Based on the NDIS Participants request, we are hiring Male support workers to join our team in the following areas**:Perth, Willetton, Guildford**

Support Workers will be supporting participants to reach their goals. This will be done in a person-centred way in the home or the community.

Duties include:

- Skill building
- Community - Shopping, transport, leisure activities, gym, appointments
- In the home - Personal care, domestic duties, food prepping
- Assisting with medication
- Report writing

**Essential criteria**
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or Current NPC
- Drivers Licence and Car
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module ‘Quality, Safety and You’
- DSC Supporting People to Stay Infection Free
- [STANDARD_02_HHA] Hand Hygiene Standard Theory Online Learning Module
- First Aid
- CPR
- Have or Willing to get a WWC

**Salary**: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
