**The Role**
We currently have an exciting 12-month maternity leave opportunity for an Advisor, Employee Communications, in our Group Corporate Affairs team.
Our purpose is at the heart of everything we do, and the IAG way is how we deliver. This role is responsible for driving communication programs that bring our purpose and culture to life. From Safer Communities initiatives to our people programs, you’ll be in the driver’s seat leading our communication approach.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience designing and delivering large employee communication programs. Thinking outside of the box is second nature to you, and as a result you have a track record of designing and delivering creative, attention-grabbing and engaging campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love joining the dots - bringing programs together to tell a bigger story.
**Your Key Role Accountabilities**:
- Develops and delivers Employee Communications strategies to drive engagement across the business.- Provides Employee Communications business partner support and specialist advice to the stakeholders, aligned with the Group communication plan.- Leads the delivery of large strategic enterprise-wide campaigns and initiatives working closely with the Senior Specialist Employee Communications and Manager, Employee Communications.- Use measurement and reporting tools to provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
**Skills & Experience**:
- 6+ years relevant communications and industry experience preferred- Business acumen- Ability to build collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Degree Qualifications in Business, Communication or a related field (essential)
