**About the role**

The Cbus advice team is looking for an experienced Manager, Advice Quality and Compliance to join the team.
The Manager, Advice Quality & Compliance is responsible for the ongoing compliance of general and personal advice provided to members nationwide.

This role manages compliance risks of the advice team and oversees the monitoring and supervision of advice provided to members.

You will provide quality and compliance guidance to representatives and act as a solution focused SME to the advice leadership team.

You will also be required to manage relationships with external outsourced audit providers, ensuring that services are delivered appropriately, efficiently and to the standard expected, whilst also yourself conducting internal file reviews and further investigations on audits which are deemed high risk.

**About You**

You are a highly capable and motivated advice professional who is passionate about the value that quality, simple financial advice brings to everyday Australians. You will have experience in an audit or file review capacity with demonstrated ability to assess the quality and compliance of advice provided as well as any remediation required. Your deep knowledge and confidence with the complex regulatory framework applicable to the provision of advice will set you apart from other applicants.

Other relevant experience that will be highly regarded could include your time as a financial adviser, a manager of a comprehensive advice business and/or advice in a superannuation environment.
You pride yourself on making the complex simple, and supporting continual improvement in the team through constructive, clear and consistent feedback.
