We are looking for a care service employee to fulfill a short term fixed term maternity leave cover of 67.6 hrs per fornight. The indidvidual will be located in our homely facility at North Turramurra, NSW 2074. **The role** This role is a Part time fixed term Maternity Leave contract - for an immediate start until 23/11/25 - 67.5 hrs at the North Turramurra Facility - 402 Bobbin Head, Road North Turramurra, NSW 2074. **The shift hrs will be on week 1 and week 2 roster the following below**: **Week 1** Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday Sunday 0700-1500 **Week 2** Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday 0700-1500 **As a Care Service Employee, you will**: - Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities - Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing - Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty - Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort - Assist in mealtimes and social activities. **Southern Cross Benefits** - Salary Packaging ($15,900), plus meal and entertainment benefit package to the value of $2,650 - Heart HQ - our Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) People Platform, packed with exclusive retail discounts, and features designed to help you celebrate, connect and succeed - Fitness Passport - Discounted workplace health and fitness program available to you and your family.
