Barista

We are looking for a new Barista to join our team on a Part Time Basis.

We're looking for someone who can consistently serve top notch coffee in a fast paced environment, works well under pressure in a team environment, with a good sense of humour and the ability to get on well with our customers.

**Job Types**: Part-time. Immediate Start.

This role is predominately front of house based making coffees and serving guests. In addition, there is a small amount of kitchen based basic prep work, your duties will include making coffee and other beverages, basic food preparation and presentation.

Key responsibilities of the Barista are:
The ability to work unsupervised and problem solve to deliver a great cup of coffee

Help us source the best coffee ingredients

Self Motivation & the desire to learn

A passion for delivering great coffee and service while achieving a high sense of member satisfaction

Ability to develop and maintain strong team relationships through taking ownership of the quality of service delivered to our customers

Previous experience in a café/barista role is ideal, but we will consider training the right person.
