- 1 year of barista experience
- Friendly, with great customer service even when under pressure
- Positive attitude, hard-working, reliable, well organized and uses initiative
- Well-groomed, clean, and tidy
- Have Australian work rights
- Reliable transport for early starts

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- You must be comfortable in all aspects of serving efficiently with great customer service
- You must be able to make a great coffee quickly, ensuring taste, temperature and texture are spot on, with great latte art an advantage
- You must be willing to cover all tasks within our little coffee nook, including serving customers, food prep and basic cooking, cleaning, and making hot and cold drinks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SOUTHPORT, QLD 4215: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (required)
