Are you up for this?
- Identify and secure new group & catering opportunities, using technology and your straightforward with a wink approach to showcase staying at Aloft different, by design.
- Handle and follow up with event enquiries, demonstrating your open thinking and expression to anticipate our guest needs
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements
- Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by enhancing their experiences and moving at the pace of our guests
- Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion - showcasing your sassy and savvy personality
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and guests to provide guests with stays that are very much out of the ordinary, enabling future booking
- Act as an Aloft ambassador and promote awareness for the distinctive hotel
- Facilitate the design and creation of printed material, payment posting and other general administration support
