**More about what you’ll do**

At COS we think differently. The recent creation of our Solutions sales team has presented the opportunity for a new role which will support our drive in creating solutions that deliver the Best Customer Experience.

In this role you will focus on enhancing customer engagement across our branded merchandise and furniture customers working across a broad suite of customers in corporate and government streams and across all verticals.

This is an entry to mid-level internally based sales role that will report directly to the National Sales Manager Solutions. All training and support will be provided to ensure you are equipped to discover what customers really want so you are able to deliver the best solutions to meet their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with both internal and external customers
- Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Willingness to learn and be coached for success
- Previous experience in using CRM’s and sales tools is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work to short deadlines and prioritise
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels
- Curiosity and hunger to succeed always striving for more
