**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced **National Account Manager** to work as part of the Woolworths & Coles Account Teams. This is a critical role which provides hands on account management experience that will deliver long term career opportunities.
Based at our Lidcombe office and reporting to the Customer Director - Grocery, key responsibilities for this role include;
- Managing high growth, high opportunity categories such as UHT Milk (Longlife & Lunchbox), Cream and Juice through the development of specific plans to ensure growth both short and long-term
- Develop and nurture customer relationships with the Woolworths & Coles Commercial and Private Label teams
- Managing promotional plans, trade spend and range review processes
- Develop new business opportunities across your accounts in new and emerging categories
- Working with the category team to analyse data in order to generate insights and recommendations to assist with fact-based decision making
- Managing all administrative duties across your accounts including claims management and sales forecasting.
- Manage and drive all field operations with our field merchandising team
**About you**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing related discipline is desirable
- FMCG knowledge, with understanding of the dairy industry considered a bonus
- A results focused mind-set with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers
- Strong commercial & analytical acumen
- High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results-orientated mentality
- Experience with FMCG databases such as Quantium, Nielsen & IRI/Aztec
