**The Role**

We produce content for a range of mediums and channels, including:

- The WorkforceAustralia.gov.au website (public and authenticated content)
- The Workforce Australia app and Supervisor app
- The website Digital Assistant
- Knowledge base articles used by call centre staff
- Knowledge management (internal knowledge content).

As one of our content writers, youll be a part of a dynamic, high-performing team working to make a difference in peoples lives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 5 Content Writer may include:

- Researching, writing and editing digital content, in accordance with the Australian Government Style Manual, including accessibility and readability standards
- Ensuring content meets business and user needs and is easy to understand
- Assisting with large projects, such as content redesigns
- Engaging with relevant stakeholders to create and improve content
- Generating reports and using data to improve content and the user experience
- Working with multidisciplinary teams in an agile project environment, using Azure Dev Ops to manage work
- Participating in workshops and planning events to develop requirements and features
- Working autonomously and as part of a team.

Note: This is not an IT-focused role.
