RedBook Inspect, part of the carsales network, is a fast-growing business providing cutting edge safety and inspection services digitally delivered with a talented and highly qualified workforce. By assisting our customers through their journey and supporting them with their needs, you are contributing to the goals of the greater Customer Service Team, driving both customer satisfaction and loyalty in a positive direction.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**
- Assisting with general enquiries which may include booking vehicle inspections, taking payments and assisting with rideshare and finance enquiries.
- Understand and share expertise in efficient problem solving.
- Demonstrate understanding, motivations and expertise in meeting KPIs.
- Help to build and maintain our loyal customers and members.

**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for**
- Help to build and maintain our loyal customers and members through your strong customer service skills.
- Reliable person with strong time management.
- Demonstrate empathy when dealing with customers.
- Work well under pressure.
- Savvy in technical troubleshooting/ problem-solving.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
