**Busy Bees Speech Pathology Services is very excited to announce that we need a superstar speech pathology assistant to join our team. This position has the potential to grow into a speech pathology position once registered with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)**

If you are a third or final year speech pathology student looking to work in school settings as part of a multidisciplinary team, then this role is for you. Are you looking for working arrangements that will support your personal commitments e.g. study or personal commitments, as the role are currently during school terms?

**ABOUT US**

Busy Bees Speech Pathology Services is a mobile speech pathology practice, which operates in schools across South West Sydney. We provide direct services to children, and support educators and families working with students who have difficulty communicating and learning.

**About the role**

You will need to be available to work 1-2 days per week during school terms only. This is under the supervision of an experienced speech pathologist. The hours are from 9am - 3pm. Remuneration: approx. $22-$30 depending on qualifications and experience.

You will be:

- Preparing resources
- Delivering therapy sessions
- Writing progress notes
- Collaborating with the speech pathologist to modify therapy programs.

**Essential Criteria**
- Third or Final Year Speech Pathology Student currently completed either Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or Masters of Speech Pathology, preferred.
- Excellent and proven time management and organisational skills
- Current NSW Working With Children Check approval + National Criminal History Police Check
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and
- Willingness to travel with a current drivers license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
