**About the Department**:

**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Oversee governance processes that manage the regions enquiries and complaints in line with the Department's Customer Complaints Management policy and procedure, including reporting and records management.
- Provide authoritative advice and support regional staff to ensure the regional office has quality systems and governance processes for the management of complaints, internal and external communications, community engagement and regional operations.
- Manage, on behalf of the Executive Director, the preparation of complex reports, submissions and briefs, in accordance with the Department's processes.
- Initiate, lead and manage the Regional Operations and Corporate Governance Team who provide high-level regional operations, governance and services within the region.
