**Description**:
The Role
**Responsibilities**:
- Sorting, coding and uploading invoices into our system for payment
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Reconciliation of accounts payable transactions
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies and issues
- Assist with month end closing and producing monthly reports

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience using accounting software (Netsuite would be a significant advantage)
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to use initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion
- Experience in Microsoft office suite would be desirable
