**No experience necessary, all training and tools provided**

We have
**opportunities available** for individuals to join our team in the
**factory glazing and fabricating**, and out on site as part of our
**installation** team. You will be hands-on, process driven and have experience in glazing / fabrication of residential and
**commercial** aluminum doors and windows.

These are physically demanding roles with the requirement to lift up / carry material up to 30kg (assisted) and stand for periods of time, so you will need to enjoy being hands-on, process driven and have a keen eye for detail.

**What we are looking for**
- Ability to work in physically demanding role
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- An ability to follow standard work procedures
- Strong focus on safety and producing quality products
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience using hand and air tools highly regarded
- Prior experience in a factory environment or trade experience is advantageous
- Our installation roles will require a valid driver's licence

**Typical duties**
- Fabrication and assembly of residential and commercial aluminium doors
- Factory glazing
- Aluminium cutting and glazing
- Reading and interpreting production & installation drawings with specifications
- Operate industrial fabrication equipment (i.e., saws, punches, drills, routers, etc.)
- Assisting with incoming goods deliveries
- Ensuring that housekeeping is adhered to and maintained
