Become a valuable member of our client's team as a Talent Development Officer. They are specialized in major infrastructure projects and urban development.

Join the Human Resources team, based at Banyo offices.

You will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development, coordination, and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives for the employees across the organisation ensuring the training programs are aligned with the business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate diverse learning programs, including leadership development and performance enhancement.
- Analyse training needs and monitor progress through a comprehensive matrix.
- Implement performance reviews using UKG and drive adoption across the organization.
- Manage digitalisation of learning content in the Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Administer licenses, qualifications, and reporting processes.
- Cultivate an engaging learning culture.
- Support leaders in implementing learning initiatives.
- Enhance employee retention strategies through development programs.
- Mentor a team in coordinating training activities.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a comparable learning and development role, preferably within a related industry.
- Proven track record in identifying learning needs and developing/delivering training programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or Training are advantageous.
- Engaging, collaborative, and consultative approach with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with various systems.
- A team player with the capacity for autonomous work.
