Seeking highly motivated and skilled APS6 and EL1's for policy/program/secretariat roles. Contributing to the delivery of the Australian Government's responsibilities you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders to provide a comprehensive focus on safety on our roads

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, assess, review and develop project proposal reports or grant guidelines
- Provide high-quality program support and reporting
- Connect with colleagues and high-priority stakeholders with different perspectives such as government agencies, Minister's offices
- Assess information, distil key messages and adapt delivery to influence the audience and manage negotiations
- Collaborate positively and effectively with others, work productively as part of a team
- Prepare strategic advice, contribute to briefings, ministerial correspondence and program report writing for Executive and Ministers
- Adapt to changing priorities, deal with uncertainty, support colleagues and foster a high performing culture

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional program or grants management skills with the ability to manage, asses sand review project proposal reports or grant guidelines
- Abillity to provide high quality program support and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Great communication skills
- Well-developed writing skills with the ability to contribute to briefings, ministerial correspondence and program report writing
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deal with uncertainty and foster a high performing culture
