ECI’s Home and Building Supply Software is a fully integrated business management solution for small to medium-sized businesses. It streamlines operations and drives growth. The software is cloud-based and completely integrated, from purchasing through to delivery.

The Hosting Integration Specialist II works as part of the Product and Development Application Delivery team to ensure the availability, security, performance, and scalability of the entire client-facing hosting infrastructure, with an emphasis on uptime and automation.

**Qualifications**:

- Required
- Associate’s degree and 3 years experience including 2 years of technical experience
- 1-year experience in a 24×7 high-availability production cloud environment
- A passion for system stability, performance, scalability, and customer success
- Strong sense of ownership
- Experience in Microsoft Windows, Server, and Guest OS
- Experience with virtualization technologies, Hyper-V, VMWare
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- The desire to take advantage of training and learning opportunities
- Self-motivated individual looking to find ways to improve process and automate tasks
- Preferred
- Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, SQL Server, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Network infrastructure and troubleshooting capabilities
- SQL Server experience preferred
- PowerShell experience preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure at all times the environment and data is secure
- Assist in the maintenance of a fast, scalable, secure, highly available Microsoft Windows hosting infrastructure
- Participate in knowledge sharing with a desire to cross-train other team members
- Assist in the management of Networking, Printers, Virtualization, Storage, Monitoring, and Backup systems
- Serve as a technical escalation point for support and performance issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours issues
- Assist with documentation of processes and procedures
- Support SQL Server environments
- Create and execute Powershell scripts to perform tasks
- Work with customers to resolve critical issues
- Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of onsite devices
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and advancements
