Big Jim's is currently seeking a store manager and team members for day to day operations of the business. This is a great opportunity to further develop your management skills.
**Job description**
- Big Jim's is seeking new team members and store managers to join our team in Castlemaine
Complete all preparation of ingredients including making dough and shredding ingredients
- Ensure staff are completing the required work including cleaning duties
- Making pizzas
- Banking duties including depositing cash and organising change of notes and coins
- Report to business owners on a daily basis
- Organising work roster and review staffs’ weekly time sheets
- Ensuring the cash register balances at the end of the night
- Stock take
- Previous experience in hospitality industry (Ideally in the pizza industry)
- Reliable and flexible in regards to work hours
- Leadership - Able to lead staff with high standards
- Communication - Must be able to give clear instructions to staff and report to owners
- Honest
- Punctual
- Works well under stress
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $25.65 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
