Due to massive growth, they are seeking a passionate, energetic, and forward-thinking Rental Coordinator to join their team, based in Perth. **Your new role**

As a Rental Coordinator you will be based in the Perth office, being the main point of contact for all customer requirements. Key responsibilities include:

- To support the Branch Manager in achieving the goals of the Area Sales Plan.
- Manage all passive leads that come directly to the branch or area from both new and existing clients.
- As needed, communicate with the branch manager, regional manager, and members of the sales team regarding any significant customer encounters and transactions.
- Complete the sales report and update the CRM
- Verify the vehicle adheres to all defined guidelines and is presented in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure that the customer is informed properly of the delivery or pickup timings.
- Before the vehicle is released to the customer, confirm that the contract paperwork is complete.
- Examine the returned car and finish the required reports.
- Before concluding the contract, address any damage or missing products with the client and find a solution.
- Keep track of the vehicles' availability and service status
- Follow-up cars for due-in and due-out orders
- Waitlist customers
- General administration duties
